Creating an account is easy:

1. Click "Get Started Free" on the homepage
2. Enter your email address and create a password
3. Check your email for a verification link
4. Once verified, log in and add your first child

You can add multiple children to your parent account. Each child gets their own profile with personalized progress tracking, achievements, and game levels tailored to their grade.

To reset your password:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your inbox for the reset link
5. Follow the link to create a new password

The reset link expires after 1 hour for security.

When you add a child, you create a username and PIN for them. Your child can log in using:

• Username: The simple name you chose for them
• PIN: A 4-6 digit number (easy for kids to remember)

For younger children, we recommend logging them in yourself.

We support Kindergarten through 5th grade (K-5). Games and lessons are automatically tailored to each child's grade level:

• K-1: Counting, letter recognition, basic addition/subtraction, phonics
• 2-3: Multi-digit math, multiplication basics, reading comprehension
• 4-5: Fractions, decimals, advanced reading, figurative language

Each game has its own level system. Children start at Level 1 and progress by performing well:

• Getting 3 consecutive high scores (80%+) increases the level
• Higher levels have more challenging questions
• Levels are independent for each game
• Progress never goes backward - only forward!

Mini-lessons are short, focused learning modules that teach specific skills. They include:

• Clear explanations with examples
• Helpful tips and strategies
• Practice quizzes to test understanding
• Text-to-speech for younger readers

If your child struggles with a game, the system may recommend a relevant lesson to help them improve.

Points are earned by playing games:

• Correct answers: 10 points each
• Streak bonuses: Extra points for consecutive correct answers
• Speed bonuses: Fast correct answers earn more
• Perfect games: Bonus for 100% accuracy

Points accumulate across all games and unlock achievements.

From your parent dashboard:

1. Click on your child's card
2. View their detailed progress report
3. See skill mastery levels, recent games, and achievements

You can also access "Progress Report" from the Children page for a comprehensive view.

Mastery levels show how well your child has learned each skill:

• 0-30% (Needs Practice): Skill is new or needs more practice
• 30-70% (Making Progress): Improving but not yet mastered
• 70-90% (Proficient): Good understanding of the skill
• 90-100% (Mastered): Excellent command of the skill!

Mastery is calculated from accuracy across multiple game sessions.

Research shows that consistent, shorter sessions are most effective:

• Recommended: 15-20 minutes daily
• Minimum: 3-4 sessions per week

Quality matters more than quantity. Let your child take breaks when needed and end on a positive note.

Yes! Every new account starts with a free trial period. During the trial, you have full access to all games, lessons, and features. No credit card is required to start.

To manage your subscription:

1. Log in to your parent account
2. Go to Settings
3. Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"

From there you can view your plan, update payment methods, or cancel.

You can cancel anytime from Settings > Subscription. After cancellation:

• You'll retain access until the end of your billing period
• Your child's progress and achievements are saved
• You can resubscribe at any time to restore access
